2022 Thirst Trap Pét-Nat

Thirst Trap is a canned Pét-Nat we made by blending lightly macerated Chambourcin with Vidal that we aged on some Cabernet Franc skins! Before the fermentation was finished, we canned the wine with 13 grams of residual sugar that, once fermented out in can, lends Thirst Trap a heavy spritz. Inspired by our love of sparkling red wine, Thirst Trap is a deep red colour, low in tannin, fleshy, and honestly just tastes like the colour purple.
