It's a simple process....kind of
Just grapes
Our wines are made from grapes, just grapes. We don't add anything to manipulate our wines. Each bottle is a reflection of the vintage.
Naturally fermented
Each wine is fermented by the natural yeast that exists on the fruit. That's why they're expressive, and that's why they're delicious.
Low intervention
It's a fancy way of saying we don't do much. Nothing added, nothing taken away, just a pure expression of the fruit.
It's about attention
From the momentus and endlessly deliberated decison to pick the grapes, we pay attention to their progress at every step along the way. Obession is critical.

Local Wine
We work with exceptional farmers in the best sub-regions across the Niagara Peninsula who grow premium grapes to our specifications. During harvest, we pick the grapes, bring them to our winery in Toronto and vinify on-site. All our wines are made by us on Geary Avenue in the first and only winery of its kind in Toronto.
The winemakers
Dave Everitt
Co-founder and winemaker at Paradise Grapevine for 5 years, Dave has worked vintages in Argentina and California. Before switching to wine, Dave was the Head Brewer at Toronto's Burdock Brewery.
Drea Scotland
Between making wine at PGV and advocating for wider hybrid grape use in Ontario, Drea farms her own planted vineyard in PEC. She recently vinified her very first vintage at The Winery so keep your eyes peeled.
Christian Wilson
Christian is a wine industry veteran, a Pearl Morissette alumni, he has also vintaged in South Africa, Argentina, New Zealand, British Columbia, and Australia. His wealth of knowledge is matched only by his modesty.

We run weekly Wine and Cheese Tastings at our winery every Saturday afternoon. This is the best way to get acquainted with our wine philosophy in a social and casual environment. The wines change frequently and include samples directly from the barrel. Dates are released monthly.

You can now book private parties in the winery production space on Geary Avenue. Being surrounded by barrels, tanks, and the sweet smells and sounds of active wine fermentation is a beautiful thing. The space is rustic, raw and very atmospheric. Bookings are available for parties, private dinners, corporate events, family gatherings or just about anything else you can imagine.
