We made Whimsy for the first time 4 years ago, and decided to recreate it after a craving for simplicity. Sometimes simple things are the most beautiful.

What's it like? Whimsy smells like strawberries and pear skins. Cherrys lay under our perception, peeking from behind the other fruits. Gentle acids, and the natural sweetness of the pears keep us coming back for more. It's uncomplicated, and that's a good thing.

Drink it with soft cheeses, while dinner's on the stove.
