Shiro 3000 - Sour Beer with Plums
Barrel aged sour beer aged on heaps of SHIRO PLUMS. A 4 x 225L barrel blend of mixed-fermentation sour beer that was aged in neural oak for between 1-2 years. Further aged on 500lbs of shiro plums in stainless steel for 3 months. Tart diesel fumes ignite a stone fruit orchard in your nose, very SHIRO PLUM.
