2021 Come Party With Us Forever - a rosé. Soooooooo we’re all a little bit excited about this one! It’s our first ever varietal rosé (varietal meaning that it’s made from one grape variety), and god-damn don’t we just wanna drink it and drink it and drink it. BUT as the supply is super limited we must resist! It is so limited in fact that we’re only allocating 20 cases to retail, so if you want a bottle for the park or that bridge rave, you better not snooze on this one. We made this wine from 35-year-old Gamay vines of the Willms vineyard in Niagara-On-The-Lake. Thank you Erv, Esther and Eric for indulging our request for organic farming in 2021. We know it required a lot of work and a lot of risk, and it means a lot to us that you share our belief in this process and our project. This wine has a beautiful acid backbone, a wonderful firm texture and a salty strawberry profile. You can buy it in store while it lasts or by-the-glass on our patio :)
