2020 Nightcall Pét-Nat 6-Pack

100% Zweigelt Pét-Nat! 

The general consensus is that this is the yummiest wine we've made to date!

We hand picked the Zweigelt grapes in the last week of September. A warm spring ensured a high concentration of flavours and an early pick gave us a wonderful acid profile. The grapes were destemmed and left to macerate in open top fermenters for three days before pressing, leaving the colour somewhere between a light red and a robust rosé. After fermenting in closed top stainless steel we bottled the wine with just enough residual sugar to finish the fermentation in a bottle ala Pétillant Naturel. Pure yumminess!
