La Giara is a “garagiste” winery: one that produces a very small amount of wine per year. All the grapes come from tiny vineyards dispersed around the town Adelfia. The owner and winemaker employ biodynamic practices to make sure the wines give each year a natural authentic expression of the terroir and the grape variety. Cicaleggio is no exception to that rule; a yellow fruity delight to the palate.
