A love child between Chablis and Sancerre, this is a tricky tropical white wine. The good zesty aromas that we like of sauvignon blanc tiled together with the structure of cool climate chardonnay to form a youthful and intricate mosaic. A staff favourite and a versatile dry vino from star winemaker Huges Goisot.
