Our favourite grape grown right here in Ontario! 

Destemmed fruit macerated on the skins for 10 days at a cool temperature to enable a gentle extraction, with little mechanical cap management, before a light press into neutral French oak casks for 7 months.  Huckleberry, black currant, orange zest, tree bark, light menthol - the zippy acid electrifies the pallet as the darker more resonating tertiary notes eclipse the fruit and provide a long evolving finish. Equally enjoyable at home, at a serious dinner party or an all-night rave! Drink now or store in your cellar for up to 5 years.
