Pep Talk is Vidal aged on Gamay skins for 5 days before being racked off and fermented almost dry. We canned it with just a touch of residual sugar that gets fermented out in can and leaves the wine dry and fizzy! We'd classify this wine as part of our ‘Super Refreshing’ line--perfect for a hot-ass Toronto day. Electric raspberries! Lightening rhubarb! Açaí thunder!
