2019 Paradise Gamay
This wild fermented Gamay is simple, acid-driven, light and sooo refreshing. We de-stemmed half the grapes and left the rest as whole clusters for 7 days of skin-contact before pressing, which gives this wine a ton of high-toned fruit notes--think raspberry seeds meets cherry gushers! Aged in old Pearl Morissette barrels (thanks pals!) for 6 months before being bottled, we think this is one of the lightest, freshest Gamays that we've ever had from Ontario. Chill it down and drink it on the sunniest day you can find!
