"Observation" is a new series for us to play around with different hop combinations so we can 'observe' how they work together and discover which combinations bring new flavours we don't normally see in individual hops.

For this second batch, we wanted to get as smooth and fluffy as we could so we brought out the two creamiest hops we know: Sabro and Cashmere. This Sabro is hand selected for a massive tropical punch and Cashmere is always ready to give any beer the silky treatment.
