Inspired by the Belgian Farmhouse tradition our Saison is brewed with 66% barely and 33% flaked wheat. Bittered with our own Cascade hops and finished in the kettle with Czech Saaz. Barrel aged for over a month and dry hopped with additional Saaz. Subtle fruit punch character.
